Once you are in the meeting on Zoom, it really is fairly simple. For those not familiar with zoom, I have put some instructions or links to help AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE. If you are familiar, here is the link and meeting ID:
If you are unable to login, you can call into the meeting to listen without video. The following numbers should work and you can enter the same Meeting ID when prompted. +1 253 215 8782 +1 301 715 8592
If you have trouble with link above, go to join.zoom.us and enter the Meeting ID.
If you have never used Zoom, I would suggest trying a test meeting via the link below to get used to the process. When you click the link above it will walk you through a few steps to download the App before letting you into our meeting.
It asks you a few questions and depending on what device you are logging in on, I can't tell you exactly what questions they will ask. It will generally be things like 'Do you want to open the Zoom link or start a Zoom meeting' to which you can answer yes. You do have to allow it to download/open the App if you want to join the meeting.
It will also ask you if you want to log in with computer/phone audio and in most cases that is also a 'yes' unless your device does not have a camera/microphone (most phones, tablets, and laptops do... some desktops might not). If you can't figure it out or don't have a microphone then you can call into the number above for audio and just use the computer for the video.
